4.0Staff tried to help per their limitations.
− We asked for handicap room as we have trouble with stairs but ended up on second floor. No coffe maker, 1 bar of soap, TV did not work well, plug ins poorly located, no hair drier, no glasses of any type, dirty carpets in the hallways

5.0Newly updated clean facility, convenient location, good shower. Very friendly staff.
− The main door was broken and every time I opened it, it ended up hitting me in the knee, the sound of scratching in the walls woke me and my boyfriend up at around 2 AM, we did have to switch rooms, but the staff was really nice, bed wasn’t very comfortable, but was Okie. they did spray the room with some kind of perfume or something before we entered it and it was quite strong so we did have to open a window to let it air out
