− La télé ne marchait pas. Le personnel de ménage à frappé à ma porte à 8 h 30 du matin pendant que je dormais profondement. Quand j'ai ouvert la porte je n'ai vu personne, mais un autre client m'a dit que c'était la personne qui devait nettoyer ma chambre.
