8.0Only complaint is that the bathroom needs somewhere to hang stuff and somewhere to put your toiletries. The one little shelf had towels/paper on it and the toilet tank had facecloths on it (yuck).

6.0The staff were awesome. Room nice. Only issue no tv, no phone, no wifi, no coffee for coffee machine. Staff was on it, but unable to do much. We did get a slight discount which was great of them

4.0No coffee or tea or condiments for kettle .Had to lay towels on floor no hooks or shelves.They never had my booking due to the pizza boy checked us in .No breakfast as advertised.
