4.0This motel is nothing as we expected. It was small, rundown and no one was onsite to answer any concerns, The tv didn't work for half of the stay and the backyard/picnic area was a mess. For the high prices, this was not worth it.

Poor Communication
6.0Arrived at the hotel at check-in time and went into office as directed in reservation confirmation that we received when booking through the motel’s website. No one in office. A sticky note directed us to call a number. No response for thirty minutes. We were hot and tired and happened to think to try the door to our room. It was open and there were keys in the room. When we finally got a call back we were told it was fine to go in. We asked about a motorcycle parked in our room’s spot and were told there was nothing they could do and we could park in the extra parking area. We were also told it was after hours (3:30 pm). The motel was older but mostly clean with some updates. The best part was the back deck area that looks out over Silver Lake.
