10.0Biggs is a funny small place, looks like a piece of Disneyland! And a very nice museum is just across the river.

− We checked into our room and have several concerns. First, we were required to pay an additional $100 cash pet fee that was not disclosed in the Booking.com listing. Second, the toilet is not securely attached to the floor and lifts several inches when someone sits on it, which is a safety concern. The toilet is also leaking a significant amount of water onto the floor and causing a horrible smell. Additionally, the room appears significantly more run down and dirty than expected.

10.0The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfy, well appointed, decent amenities. They had lots of channels on tv, free wifi. The building was old, but the rooms and been nicely updated, so it was charming. It was much better than I expected. We just needed a comfy place to lay our heads, and they succeeded. And the air-conditioning worked great. If I ever need a place to stay in that area, I will go there again.

2.0Clean sheets. Nothing worked, it was the last resort.
− Next to truck traffic and trains. No dead bolt lock, just a chain. Wall outlet shorted out. Lights switches on lamps broken. AC noisy and broken gauges. Funky smell in room. Sketchy carpet. Lacking TV channels. Minimal parking spaces.
