8.0- l'extrême gentillesse du personnel : adorables avec notre petite fille -le très bon petit déjeuner et le très bon restaurant -la localisation magnifique au milieu des rizières -chambre spacieuse avec vue sur les rizières -le personnel était très arrangeant pour réchauffer les plats de notre bébé -jolie piscine avec transats -lit bébé disponible
− - il devrait y avoir un espace dans la piscine avec moins de profondeur -les rideaux de la chambre pourraient être plus occultants pour éviter le réveil trop matinal -la chaleur de l' eau de la douche est parfois difficile à régler

10.0Nuestra estancia en Puluong Luna fue simplemente perfecta. Sin duda, un alojamiento que recomendamos al 100%. Lo que más nos gustaría destacar es la extraordinaria amabilidad de todo el personal. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa, siempre atentos, sonrientes y dispuestos a ayudarnos con cualquier cosa. La atención que recibimos fue magnífica y marcó la diferencia durante nuestra estancia. Las instalaciones son preciosas, muy cuidadas e integradas en un entorno espectacular. La comida también fue excelente, con platos deliciosos y de muy buena calidad. Nos alojamos en una suite y las vistas eran absolutamente impresionantes. Despertarse contemplando los campos de arroz fue una experiencia inolvidable y uno de los momentos más especiales del viaje. Si volvemos a Pu Luong, no tenemos ninguna duda de que nos alojaremos de nuevo aquí. Una recomendación de 10/10.
