10.0The staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful and very efficient. A shout out to Kathy and Gigi on reception and driver Koi. All the staff made our stay so easy. This hotel obviously takes customer service very seriously The breakfast was excellent and offered a huge range presented beautifully. The bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Two swimming pools. Room service meals and drinks were a very reasonable price. The location is mid way between the Old Town and the beach...so that worked for us. Just a few dollars either way by taxi or free with the occasional hotel shuttle...or bike!

10.0Me encantó todo desde el personal, la habitación espectacular. La mejor con diferencia y llevo un mes en Vietnam. Por fin un hotel de lujo. Solicité usar la sauna y la encendieron exclusivamente para mi. Desayuno espectacular, variado. Volvería mil veces si viniera a hoi an. De hecho es el único hotel que ha dejado huella en mi . No dudéis en cogerlo porque os encantará. Lo que más me gustó es la bañera enorme en habitaciones. Por supuesto me bañé!

9.0The room was modern and very comfortable, the staff extremely helpful, and the breakfast buffet was extensive! A free shuttle into the old town was a great service that we had not expected!
− Really nothing to complain about. I had one meat dish on the breakfast buffet(beef curry) that was unfortunately ice cold although it was supposed to be hot. And the bedroom had an intermittent electrical issue whereby the power on the bedroom kept switching off and on.
