2.0I had a terrible encounter with the guy at the front desk who told me he would not let me in because the booking was under priced. He says the price online is not a good price for weekend bookings. He was very rude and told me to handle the case myself. He did not take responsibility or show care. It was only after a bit of an argument that he then spoke someone he referred to as manager who then finally gave permission. They may need to work on their customer care. There is also need to take better care of the rooms as it just looked and smelt bad. Maybe repainting and making an effort to give customers a memorable experience. It’s not always about the price!!
