− The property is dirty, outdated and poorly cared for. We did not feel safe with the other residents and there was a constant strong odor of weed.

It was perfect area for my family. It’s walking distance to stores on boardwalk and beach was not as packed in this area.

− The other guests. Up all night in the pool screaming and yelling.

Location was great! Staff was friendly and helpful at check in.

− No toilet paper when we arrived, black mold in the bathroom. A huge cockroach fell in my hair while I was sleeping. It was so big it woke me up. It took off before I had a chance to take a pic.

The only things I can give this motel credit for is how friendly and helpful the staff are when asking questions or needing help and the walking distance to the beach/boardwalk.

− ‼️🙅🏽‍♀️DO NOT STAY HERE!! DEAD END, WRONG WAY, RUN AWAY TO ANOTHER PLACE!!!‼️🙅🏽‍♀️ 1. The ice machine costs a quarter to get ice. I have never had to pay to get ice at any hotel or motel. I got quarters out and when going to the machine, there was a sign that said out of order. So we had to buy a bag of ice and try to make it last however we could in the small freezer portion of the fridge. Which leads me into number 2. 2. The fridge was not working properly the whole stay. It would be okay and cold as well as the freezer being cold but then randomly, it would hardly be cold and as previously stated, our ice was in there and would melt (obviously). 3. There was a part of the door frame on the bathroom door that was missing and broken. 4. Don't plan on watching television because you will get approximately 5 channels that actually work. 5. The room smelled of mold when we checked in. We bought air fresheners to help the smell. 6. The parking lot is SUPER small especially for an SUV. I am soooo surprised that my car was not dented by another car with how close everyone had to park to each other. 7. The walls are literally PAPER THIN (maybe the door frame was too and thats why it was broken 🤷🏽‍♀️). You can hear EVERYTHING from conversations to people just walking above or next to you. 8. There is no enforcement of quiet hours(doesn't really matter since the walls are paper thin, huh?)or pool hours. One night there were kids in there until after midnight screaming and carrying on. Awful experience. If I could give ZERO stars in any way, I would.
