8.0I was looking for an inexpensive overnight option for a road trip. I had not stayed in a motel for a while, but it worked out just fine. The room was not large, and the bathroom in particular might be tight for a large person. However, the Wi-Fi was excellent, the water was hot, the air conditioning worked well, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. I even found a lovely hiking path as part of the Penn State arboretum within half a mile of the motel, so was able to stretch my legs after a long drive. I would consider staying here again.

10.0Most definitely needs an update. Things you use appear clean but windows, lamp base, blinds very dusty. A lot of junk around property.
