2.0The stay may have been alright if the front desk hadn't randomly closed before we got there. I called at 4 pm to let them know we would be doing a late check in, which shouldn't have mattered since they have 24/7 front desk, according to their details here. The person that had answered said it would be fine since they're open until 11 pm. I called at 10:15 to let them know we were 30 minutes away, and their desk was closed leaving us to find a place to stay in a very rural area at almost 11 at night while traveling with a six year old. Very,very disappointed.
