3.0Nothing. Price.
− Poor location. Unavailable staff. Had to call them from my cell phone. The guy was rude and stated he was eating. I had already paid online, so he agreed to come open my room. Not clean enough. Bugs. Dirty worn out box springs with torn dirty fabric. No hot water for shower. Had to let in run for about 15 minutes. I could go on.

Unexpectedly nice room, but it comes with some unwelcome noise.
9.0Room was very nice, really a suite, and well equipped.
− Location was pretty nondescript. Biggest complaint was the passage of a train every 30 minutes, with whistle sounding. It didn't happen from about 9:00 pm to about 5:00 am. Office was closed all the time, but this was because of the July 4th weekend.
