2.0Hotel.com should discard this facility. It is an embarrassment to your reputation. I have stayed in a hotel room without running water, a room in winter without heat, and slept in a room on a bamboo floor. But, I would take any of those rooms again before I would stay a Rancho Motel. You should do better vetting of your business partners.

2.0Owner wanted to charge me 100$ even tho I purchased for 50$ online. They gave me a roach infested room with other bugs. I was cut in the shower. Bedding was used and towels were dirty.
