2.0This was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in. The room smelled like urine. I was on my hands and knees cleaning the floor and outside the toilet. Rag was black after cleaning. The rim under the bowl was black. My sister and I raided the cleaning closet for cleaning supplies to try and get rid if the urine smell. We changed ALL of the bedding. Mattress pad did not look clean. It had a big stain. Needless to say we did not stay another night. We did NOT get a refund or a part of the bill refunded. They offered another room, not when I asked for it that night it but the next morning. We looked at the room but… again the inside and outside of the toilet was filthy I did not trust the bedding The absolute worst. Where is Econolodge inspection of property.
