6.0Not too far away from town.
− When you arrive at the room I found the windows open and the air conditioner was off. It takes a few hours to cool the room down to a comfortable temperature from this Texas summer heat. Plan on checking in and turning the a/c on then go eat or something for a couple of hours before returning to the room.

8.0The room was very clean with plenty of room to move around. Huge tv you can see setting at the dining area as well as the beds. Restroom was super clean.

− Shampoo and bath soap are too small Towels are clean, but have stains.. Coffee maker Microwave small

− Everything!!Very very poor quality and terrible overall, dirty, and roaches in the room!! Door was damaged and not locking properly off and on. No service in the front office at all times. Ice machine filthy and broken. Will be requesting a refund from here. Booking should NOT represent these types of places. Ever ! The toilet water ran literally NONSTOP day and night, so no way to sleep well. Also scalded myself with the hot water, as I know for sure it was about 145 degrees... we tested it, after burning ourselves to simply wash our hands. I tried to go talk to the office regarding these issues and OF Course no ones available to speak with inside. Unacceptable overall. Do NOT waste your money here, its cheap for this reason, so it's not like your getting a good deal from booking, its just a dump!! So disappointing.
