8.0It was cute cozy motel by beach.. it is little old but it is still good for us to stay here! We enjoyed it lot!

4.0Parking was very tight and not easy to get in and out of. Train went by three different times during the night which was extremely loud. There is no insulation between floors so you can hear every noise from above.

2.0We were not happy with our stay at your property. Beds are old and springs hurt your back. Furniture is old and dated and looked dirty as did the sheets and comforter. Dust ruffle has holes in it. Went to take a shower..no hot water...and when it finally gets warm it shuts off completely. Hot water in the kitchen area" Didnt take shower the next day. Very disappointed and I would not recommend staying here unless the do some major work. Room did not look anything like the photos. Very dark with low lighting. Chair in room was old and gross. It's amazing they get so much money for these rooms off season. Won't be back Positives. close to down town and beach.
