8.0Great customer service and great prices. WiFi is very slow for the amount of rooms, it needs more strength signal since the building is well constructed but the signal is not too strong. Also the pool needs the pool floor resurface and a small store. great location, quiet and great rooms.

10.0Staff is awesome! Very Clean and quiet.Palms by the Beach is budget friendly and definitely worth the money. I have recently stayed at 3 different hotels in Myrtle Beach and Palms is BY FAR the best of them.

6.0I was not pleased. Our room was not ready at check-in time. We had to wait an hour for it to be cleaned, and it was obvious that it was done in a rush.
