− My Smoking was the best smell in the place. Someone needs to bleach the entire facility.

− Rooms were horrible. I reported the rooms were filthy . There was nasty brown stuff on walls and doors. Tub was nasty and peeling. My kids were very uncomfortable there. They gave us another room, but it was only a little better. I wanted to cancel the second night and was told to call the third party(Booking.com). Didn't get a refund, was unable to cancel, was not going to stay a second night in nasty rooms, so I loss money.

1.0Quality below advertising, several attempts to get into the room unable to faulty key equipment and loose door handle. Never stayed, left.
− The service from desk worker was excellent, but the facility was poor quality, the customer reviews stated 4.8, complete lie!
