− it was hot the Ac was not on when we got there so we had to wait for it to cool off. takes way to long to cool off in texas when the Ac has been off. i was also told to pull around back by the pool area but there is no pool there. couldnt see my car from the room there was no one there and they put us upstars with a dog. there was holes in the bathroom door the water did not get hot. for $75 it was a ripoff.

1.0There’s nothing to like about this property.
− Property is RUN DOWN!! Do NOT be fooled by the pics. This property use to be the “Budget Inn” it’s now red roof and not a thing has been renovated or updated. Bugs bugs bugs and big spider webs on the walls in the rooms. Asked to be moved to another room and then there’s water all under the fridge inside the next room. Along with huge burn holes in the comforter. I asked for a refund and stayed elsewhere. It is obvious they do not clean well. The rooms aren’t checked to ensure cleanliness. It doesn’t appear that the hotel is rented out much the rooms have way too many spider webs as if it’s left vacant & I see why.

− The patio door wouldn't close completely. The main door latch was broken. The security latch worked but you could slide the door a little and work something through the slot and pop the latch. When I brought that up to the front desk, they said that nobody will try to do that. I insisted on a new room, which they gave me.
