2.0I needed a quick place to stay for one night so I made a reservation at this place. I showed up a check-in and they said they had no rooms available and since this room was rate was not refundable I lost it

2.0I didn't even stay there ... They told me to book my stay online that way I could use my card because they don't use tap pay...do I did that only for the. To tell me that I wasn't allowed to check in tell 3 pm.. it was 1am when I was trying to check in... So I canceled the room and wouldn't even give me my money back
