2.0There was no hot water unless the water ran for 20 minutes and there was no water pressure. The toilet area was so small I could hardly sit on the toilet.

8.0It took a while for warm water and it was sporadic, and the covers of the box springs where stained and dirty, she gave us a deal so it equals out
Hard Bed Not So Clean
6.0There was spiderwebs by the shower. Three spiders in there. The shower was dirty. Bed was way to hard felt like I was laying on pavement.

2.0Bed bugs! Do NOT STAY HERE! Walked into the room and it was absolutely disgusting! Looked on the bed and found bed bugs. Took the pillow to the office told them we were not staying and left. Thankfully we did not take anything into the room. Just disgusting place!

2.0Refused to honor my service dog. Had to call my credit card company to get my money back for the stay. Absolutely the rudest staff ive ever ran into. They yelled at me and ripped up my receipts told me no refund and to leave.
