8.0Very clean on the inside, quite filthy outside but mainly due to leaves falling from trees. Worse coffee ever but appreciate the effort. Room could have instructions on the thermostat and the TV. Nice facility and won’t hestitate to recommend li.

6.0Upon arrival there was a Spanish construction crew two units down partying and remodeling a unit until 12:30am they seemed to be having a party
Comfortable bed
8.0The bed was comfortable, not too hard and not too soft. Heat was confusing. There was a strange electronic thermostat reading in Celsius on the wall for heat. Pressing the up or down button for the temp sometimes led an odd series of changing displays (X, smiley face, rectangle of lights). The owner should probably post some sort of instructions for how to operate that. For A/C there was a noisy portable unit. Luckily we did not need to use it as opening the small bathroom window let in enough cold air once the smoking in the alley ended. A darker environment would be nice, there were a lot of random lights from things in the room and light leaking in from the window in front.

10.0I like how they had so much set up for Halloween decorations. It was a very convenient place to use. I would do it again.
