− Absence de management ! Le personnel du bar gère les Check in et Check out. Problème de compétences hôtelières pour l’ensemble des personnels ce qui nuit gravement à la réputation de l’établissement. Dommage car il y a un fort potentiel !

− 订的时候选了双床 Checkin的时候没有告知的情况带我们去了大床房 在强烈要求下 换了房间 浴室的水会漫到旁边的洗手间 洗脸台盆太小太矮 洗个脸 都会到外面来 洗手间的门两次被吸住 拉不开 被吓到
