I stayed here for 2 weeks and I like the hotel. The hotel is new and the staff are friendly and helpful. Make sure you bring the Apple translator with you. A few of them don't speak English. But they are very helpful once they know what you need. It comes with free cooked Chinese/western breakfast, laundry room with free detergent, a pool table and a small room to watch video. Your room has a fridge with 4 bottles of free water and 2 pack of free crackers. Curtain and sheer can open automatically with buttons. It use a cute robot to deliver items to your room. I love everything in this hotel except the location. It is not close to Shenzhen downtown and subway station. It is 30 mins taxi to the closest Shuangyongjie metro station. Luckily, taxi is cheap in China. Metro close around 11pm. Area around the Shuangyongjie Station metro station is not too safe at night. I end up taking taxi or DiDi back to the hotel every night. I take taxi from Shenzhen airport to this hotel. 1 1/2 hr ride for 200 CNY = $US28 I take taxi to Shenzhen attractions like Coco mall, Dafen oil painting village, Hakka town, Shenzhen museum, ..etc. 30 mins ride cost less than CNY100 US$14. It is door to door taxi from the hotel to the attractions. Shenzhen metro is even cheaper. CNY8 US$1 can get you 1 hr ride single trip to go across from one end of Shenzhen to the other end. Great hotel but need taxi or DiDi service everyday.

Great stay. The manager Alex and his staff took care of us. Bring your translation device (Google translate) for front desk interaction I suggest you pay ahead on the booking platform to make all that easy as possible. Breakfast and dinner options within the hotel restaurant we're good for me. Mix of western and mostly Chinese. The set menu for 2 fed 3 of us with smaller appetite at dinner. Pool table and bar area was nice to relax in after work. Laundry service also nice for longer business stays and helps packing light. There is a restaurant complex walking distance from the hotel and a hot pot restaurant in the same building.

The manager Alex and all of the staff were extremely friendly and even curtailed the available menu to be a bit more western for us. It was really great customer service all around.
