8.0Overall, we were happy with our selection of Cloudy. It is relatively near the bustling pedestrian street and tons of shopping and restaurants. The metro is underneath the hotel. Complimentary bottles of water are available for each day we were here. The cleaning crew was attentive and helpful. We aren’t sure what to think about our room however. It was clean and spacious, the bed was firm just the way we like it. There is a kitchen, but no pots, pans, plates, or silverware. And the sofa and chair were worn. Guess it was alright for the value.

2.0The room and bathroom were a big disappointment. Bathroom was dirty and the room was not clean. The bed linen was clean though.
