10.0The stay was great, once I finally found the hotel. I’ve already reached out to hotels.com to try and get the location updated. The actual hotel is about four blocks away from where it currently shows on hotels.com. It was incredibly difficult to find because so few people speak English. I was only able to find it because there was something that said an intersection of two streets and finally through much translation someone was able to point me in the right direction. Hopefully, hotels.com can get this updated. It was a great hotel and I’m happy I booked it – I would have just liked to have been able to find it easier.

8.0Excellent location. Smaller hotel without all the group tours. Staff were excellent especially Darcy, front desk manager, who tried so hard to resolve my foreign card issue. If this wasn’t a problem. My stay would have been perfect.
