I checked in at 10pm and checked out 5 mins later. I was told I would get a refund. Never happened. Booking and the Inn

− Higiene horrorosa. Além de móveis velhos e mau cheiro. Banheira e vaso com aspectos de desgaste. Eu não entendo como Booking tem essa opção em seu quadro. Booking deveria visitar o local e devolver o dinheiro de quem se hospedou.
