10.0El hotel es impresionante. El personal fue LO MEJOR de nuestra estancia. Siempre muy atentos, muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo.
− Nosotros teníamos dos habitaciones y una de ellas olía a tabaco pero nos lo cambiaron por otra que olía menos. No obstante en esta última habitación había una colilla y al avisar al personal vinieron a recogerlo y nos dieron unos tentempié como muestra de disculpas.
