In late October 2024, my stay was abruptly interrupted by severe flooding that besieged the area. During this time of great distress and uncertainty, Barbara's dedication and quick thinking were nothing short of lifesaving. She facilitated not only the comfort of my stay under dire circumstances but also coordinated my rescue by emergency troops deployed to BoAo. Her efforts ensured my safe passage, enabling me to continue my journey to Europe to attend a series of crucial business meetings. Barbara's unwavering support and resourcefulness turned a potentially devastating situation into a remarkable testament to the exceptional service at Citadines Hope City. Barbara, you have my deepest gratitude. You truly went above and beyond to ensure not just my comfort, but my safety and wellbeing. Your kindness and professionalism will forever be remembered.
