Our evening was equally unforgettable. We surrendered ourselves to a beautifully crafted tasting menu, perfectly guided by sommelier Stefan, whose wine pairings elevated every course. Under the direction of award-winning chef Nacho Solana, each dish celebrates the richness of local, seasonal ingredients with creativity and respect for tradition. Perfect last night to my trip
10.0Lovely location, fantastic building, friendly and attentive staff. Fantastic small hotel with 11 rooms in the countryside, 45 minutes from Bilbao, very tranquil. The food served in the bar was very good and the gastronomic breakfast in the restaurant was worth every penny. The room was spacious and clean with a fantastic view. Sat outside on the terrace for hours just watching the world go by ....

10.0Il “Pico Velasco” è un raffinato ed elegante hotel rurale immerso nella natura, nel cuore del «Parco Naturale delle Paludi di Santoña». L'edificio, dotato di interni modernissimi, è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di un antico palazzo, conservandone la struttura esterna. Le camere, arredate con sobrio lusso, sono molto spaziose e godono di una magnifica e ampia vista grazie alle vetrate che occupano l'intera parete, il che garantisce anche una luminosità eccezionale. È un peccato che non ci siano molti hotel come questo!
