Good Property Poor Service
4.0The property is way out of the city so if you plan to visit the city it is a cab ride away. The property meets the mariott standards in terms of up keep and cleanliness. The staff was a bit underwhelming and was not very helpful given that none of them could speak english and help with directions or provide any local advice. Also there are no vegetarian/ vegan food options in their menu and the staff is pretty insensitive when I tried explaining it to them. Having said that there were a couple of staff Grace and Kevin who were helpful.
− No vegetarian/ vegan food options. None of the staff converse in english which is a bit strange given that it is a international chain and they are unable to help in terms of direction or local support I asked for a cup of coffee at 8pm and I was told that locals don't drink coffee at that hour and hence, they don't have it available which was a bit strange.
