9.0Amazing staff that were super helpful with any questions and requests I had. The room was gorgeous and the soaps were great. The property was also beautiful with the pools and beach access. The pools were never too full and there was always space for me on a bed.
− The bed was super squeaky unfortunately and the AC was super cold even at the lowest setting at 24 degrees. The elevators were a little annoying too because theres only two of them.

− Ce que je n’es pas aimer malheureusement beaucoup de chose on fait que mon séjour c’est mal passé !! 1/staff incompétent sauf petit déjeuner et voiturier et réceptionniste, sinon responsable a fuir d’ailleurs j’ai écourté mon séjour , beaucoup de chose mon déplu

− Évacuation douche bouché Clim dans la chambre ne fonctionne pas Le coffre est placé dans un placard au ras du sol pas très pratique d accès on doit se mettre assise par terre pour composer ́le code Au petit déjeuner il faut commander 2 fois un cappuccino pour finalement le recevoir froid. Demandé des œufs a la coque on les a reçu dans des coupelles il a fallu demander des coquetiers. Récupérés sur une desserte parce que personne ne nous les a amené a table.
