− Our Aircon in our room didn't work - but they moved us rooms straight away (even at midnight) to a different room.
Wonderful, amazing, and memorable stay at this beautiful hotel!
9.0The hotel was in perfect location to explore Granada, although that means guests have to contend with outside noise from the lively city. It's a tradeoff for the benefits of staying here, and there are many. Breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast hostess, Lina, was exceptional; she was so friendly and attentive, with a beautiful smile to match her positive attitude, and she was working nonstop! And the receptionists were all great too. Unfortunately I didn't get everyone's names, but I can call out Eva and Noelia. All very helpful, professional, and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool was a plus to escape the heat and relax a bit (when kids weren't in it). I would stay here again in Granada!
− The pool got taken over by a family with several screaming kids so one day that I really wanted to chill and relax in the pool, I couldn't. My suggestion is to make the pool for adults only. The pool is very small so even one screaming child ruins it for any adult wanting relaxation.

10.0The central location was perfect. The modern yet soft styling of the hotel; just a very cool place to hang out. The huge height lofty air conditioned central patio with lots of seating was a really pleasant place to sit and relax, with a range of hot and cold drinks available throughout the day for guests- a really nice touch. Other reviews said the breakfast was really good and this turned out to be correct- a huge variety including a hot menu cooked there and then by the chef. Our room was really well equipped, comfortable and very clean; the ‘mini bar’ was a fridge full of free drinks including beers, and nuts, another really nice touch. Finally the roof top pool was another clean and modern environment with deck chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas, with a waiter bringing round fresh fruit when we sat down.

− Our room wasn’t very clean in particular the bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor and I felt the general cleanliness could have been better. The safe didn’t work in our room but I didn’t report it until we checked out we only stayed a night. Breakfast looked great but needed another staff member to help on the floor coffee machine kept needing attention and replenishing the buffet. My hot breakfast (eggs) ordered didn’t arrive but the buffet had plenty of choice. Car parking was tricky to find but good to have below the hotel.
