− L’horari del bar: tanca a les 21h. La ubicació tampoc està massa bé: Costa Calma no té res, ni botigues, ni bars, ni un passeig marítim , etc.

10.0Naprosto luxusní pokoj. Velmi příjemný personál - hlavně recepční Sandra, která byla naprosto úchvatná a učinila tak náš pobyt nezapomenutelným. Rozhodně můžeme doporučit a pokoj s výhledem na moře a prostornou terasou byl naprostý luxus!
− Nemáme co vytknout, možná jen v koupelně by mohlo být více věšáků na pověšení plavek/ručníků, jelikož venku je opravdu větrno. Ale to je jen detail. :) Vše bylo naprosto perfektní!

5.0− ⚠️ ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ ACHTUNG: Überlegen Sie sich gut, ob Sie hier übernachten möchten. Ich wurde um 1:20 Uhr wach, weil eine Katze in meinem Bett lag. Ich leide an einer starken Katzenallergie, habe mich enorm erschrocken und konnte die ganze Nacht nicht mehr schlafen. Besonders erschreckend: Mein Zimmer befand sich nicht einmal im Erdgeschoss. Den Vorfall habe ich mit Fotos dokumentiert. Noch enttäuschender war der Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde. Anstatt Verantwortung vom Hotel zu übernehmen, wurde jede Erstattung abgelehnt und die Verantwortung auf eine angeblich streunende Katze geschoben. Für mich spielt das keine Rolle – entscheidend ist, dass sich eine Katze in meinem Hotelzimmer und sogar in meinem Bett befand. Für mich absolut inakzeptabel und definitiv keine Erfahrung, die ich in einem Hotel noch einmal machen möchte. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

5.0La posizione dell’hotel è molto comoda. Per il resto, però, ci aspettavamo di più, soprattutto considerando le foto e le recensioni lette prima della prenotazione. In camera abbiamo trovato la porta del balcone rotta e la porta d’ingresso aveva delle fessure dalle quali entrava continuamente il vento, producendo fischi e rumori che ci hanno impedito di dormire bene durante la notte. Le padelle presenti nell’angolo cottura erano tutte eccessivamente graffiate, quindi non ho potuto utilizzarle (allego foto). La colazione è varia, ma il cibo, soprattutto i dolci, non aveva un aspetto particolarmente invitante per tutti i quattro giorni del nostro soggiorno. Nel complesso, la nostra esperienza non ha soddisfatto le aspettative e non sceglieremo questa struttura per la nostra prossima vacanza.
