9.0Propreté de l’hôtel , staff très gentil et serviable, petit déjeuner parfait beaucoup de variété de nourriture, très généreux , proche de l’autoroute, tout était parfait
− Par contre un point à améliorer a l’hôtel c’est le service de chambre, la personne qui s’en occuper de notre chambre n’était pas très attentionnée, pas souvent des serviettes changées, papiers toilette, lit pas bien arrangé, porte de chambre restée complètement ouvert sans surveillance pendant plus que 4h c’est quelque chose inacceptable dans un hôtel comme Holiday inn

We enjoyed our stay at the Strathroy Holiday Inn Express. We loved the breakfast buffet.
10.0The hotel is new and sparkling clean. We had the king suite which was large and comfortable. The walk-in shower was great. The best surprise was the breakfast provided with the room. I was expecting muffins and coffee, but it was a full breakfast buffet. Even the coffee was excellent. It was just what we needed before heading off for the day.
− We had difficulty with the sink stopper in the bathroom sink. The basin filled with water and there was no evident way to empty it. The mechanism for the stopper was hidden behind the faucet. Not the best design for hotel guests.
