− The stairs & entrance are dangerous, , very uneven, you really have to hang on the railing which is loose.The hallway had an unclean odour & the rugs were filthy, not a good impression before walking in to the apartment. The exterior had hundreds of cigarette butts & garbage was all over the ground. The apartment itself was just ok, you constantly heard tenants upstairs walking above you at 3 & 4 in the morning. Overpriced for what it was.
