Best hotel experience I’ve ever had!
10.0This is the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was lovely and knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms were quiet and I got great sleep; there were no banging doors or hearing people yelling throughout the night. The rooms were clean and modern but not sterile and stuffy feeling. I enjoyed every interaction with the staff. The amenities were clean. This 5 star hotel exceeded my expectations and I don’t think I would consider staying at a different hotel if I were to go through Montreal again.
− The neighborhood itself was a bit rough. Not that the hotel could change it.
