Feel like you are living in the late 1800’s!
10.0Traveling with our friends from Ireland we had an amazing time at the St. George Hotel. Ria, the proprietor was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Decor takes one back to the late 1800’s and rooms well appointed. Just a note that some rooms have shared bathrooms. Would stay again and recommend highly.

10.0Likes: Enjoyable stay within the historical site. Enjoyed the use of the outside balcony; Clean character rooms; Very nice continental breakfast, coffee and tea available for evenings. Very friendly staff. Parking plentiful outside the entry gate. I would definitely come back here again.

10.0It was like being back in the gold rush days with traditional decor of that era. The continental breakfasts were amazing each morning. Guests need to be advised that some of the rooms share a restroom.

10.0An amazing place to stay to experience Barkerville. The staff were incredible and knowledgeable, we learned so much from them. The hotel was clean no the morning breakfast was perfect.
