Es ist kein klassisches Motel, aber das Zimmer ist wie auf den Bildern. Es ist großzügig und sauber.

− Bei meiner Ankunft hatte ich keinen Zugang zur Unterkunft. Die aushängende Nummer von Isabel war nicht erreichbar. Die Nummer über Booking hat funktioniert. Der Kontakt war nicht sehr schön. Da ich kein Französisch sprechen habe ich meine Situation in Englisch erklärt und würde erstmal gefragt ob ich denn kein Französisch könne. Doof, weil dann hätte ich es wohl getan. Es wurde gesagt das ich solle warten es wurde eine Mail mit Code kommen. Nein, also erneute Nachfrage. Dann wurde mir nochmal gesagt, ich solle Isabell Texten, dann wurde sie schon antworten. Ich wartete also wieder. Jetzt waren 30 min vergangen und ich stehe immer noch auf dem Parkplatz. Nach erneutem Kontakt hat mir der Mann ein Zimmer zugewiesen und den Code gegeben. Da Frage ich mich schon warum das nicht sofort ging. Sehr schlechter Service. In einem klassischen Motel wäre das nicht passiert.

Interesting set-up, very pleasant stay

This is a very small remotely managed hotel located on a strip mall. I believe there are only 5 rooms. You access the main entry door and your room with a code that they send you in advance. It felt a bit weird initially, but our stay was very enjoyable. The room was very nice, large, and clean. Comfortable beds, very quiet at night. The A/C worked well. Mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig with coffee pods were a bonus.

− The initial impression that it is part of a strip mall and there are no employees, but it ended up being a non-issue.

Very clean and the beds are very comfortable. No issue accessing our room and perfect for us who just wanted to stay a quick night

− Bit of a weird location resembling more of a store front. Not a great place if you care for a pretty view or charming neighbor

Malgré l'apparence extérieure, la chambre est très bien. Bien équipée, grande. Salle de bain avec de la place et des serviettes moelleuses 😊 Top réactivité de la gérante 👍🏼 Merci. Motel bien placé par rapport au parc national du Bic.

− La façade ne donne pas trop envie mais le principal étant la chambre, c'était bien 👍🏼

Pas vraiment un hôtel ni un motel mais plutôt un petit établissement de 5 chambres avec arrivée et départ autonomes, sans réception ni personnel. Chambre assez spacieuse, confortable et propre, bien entretenu Calme.
