The man upstairs was very kind tried to be helpful.

− We did not realize that the property was below and behind the main house. This was difficult for a handicaped person. There is no street parking for more than two hours unless you walk two blocks. But there is an empty garage that we had no access to. Only 1.5 bathrooms not two. The one shower is between two bedrooms so that the people staying in the third bedroom have no direct access. One shower for 6 people. Poorly furnished - one three person couch and a dining table in the living area. Only three wine glasses upon arrival although three more were delivered a little later. No other glassware. Cannot control the temperature. Shower handle keeps falling out. Communication very adversarial and not helpful at all.

Clean apt with great location in North Vancouver, but bring your own pillows and earplugs.

The location was great, and we didn't have much trouble finding street parking near the house. The apartment was very clean and the host had left nice extra touches for us related to Chinese New Year. The host was also immediately responsive to requests.

− One of the beds was so hard, our friend couldn't sleep on it at all. The bed we slept in was also extremely firm, and the pillows were all much too big and firm to be comfortable. I understand that others may have different preferences, but it made our experience a little challenging. Also, there is no sound barrier at all between the upstairs and downstairs. Earplugs were very helpful.
