8.0A good place overall. The building is still very new, but is showing a bit of wear already. Only negative comments are low water pressure, and a very high-sided bathtub in the primary bedroom en-suite. A walk in shower would be much nicer, and a tub really isn’t a necessity since there’s a hot tub on the deck.
