House was 78 degrees when I walked in late in evening. Went to sleep, got up showed no shampoo - 3 partial bottles body wash, no coffee - not a great start. Then got back from long day - no laundry detergent and TV has zero programming on it. I downloaded Pulse for free which was brutal as I wanted sports. I could go on but not worth it

This was a wonderful place to stay and only a five minute Uber to the spa. The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The only items we wished we had more of would be dishwater and coffee cups, wine glasses etc.

Nice duplex with issues.

Nice duplex with issues. No TV remote so the TV could not be used. Management said they would bring one and didn't. No hairdryer. Constant beeping noise from kitchen. No guest bathroom hand towels; they left a wash cloth on the towel rack for hand drying. Bathtub was dirty. No check-in information. We were told that it was sent but it was not because we continued to get marketing emails from Hotel.com but nothing else.

Although we arrived earlier than check-in (3:30, check-in was 4pm), the cleaner did not finish until around 4:20. Carpeted stairs were not vacuumed and were dirty, streamers were left on kitchen ceiling (we took them down). Location great - parking was on road due to driveways being paved. Quiet.

The house is great and nice, very clean, all you need is there. The check-in instructions are clear and easy to understand. Wi-Fi is excellent. Wonderful stay here. Thanks to the hosts.
