4.0It was a nice suite in a great building with beautiful landscaping and location. The air conditioner was leaking water on to the floor when I got to the suite. When I mentioned this to the hotel, they said they would look into it but I never received an update and nothing was done. We had to keep the air conditioning off at night so that the drips wouldn’t disturb us. There was also a car already in our assigned parking spot when we got there. We parked in an adjacent spot and let the hotel know- they made us move our car again to an offsite spot further away from the suite because another guest would be parking in the alternate spot we chose. We asked if we could have our assigned spot back, they said yes, however nothing was done and the car remained there for our whole stay. It was our honeymoon suite- we though at the price we paid we would have a more comfortable experience. It was also very unfortunate that housekeeping was only available upon request- if that was made clear to us we would have asked for it, but by the time we looked into it, we were already leaving. A bit of a let down for our honeymoon suite!

8.0Lovely space that is well equipped and clean. It’s not entirely what I expected as most pictures showed a space with brick walls and large windows, and our unit was on the main level. The unit was smaller, with smaller windows, no brick walls and not as much natural light. Everything else was good and the instructions were clear.
