− Small, minimal amenities
Place needs much work. The employee was helpful but we would not stay again.

− Check in was not smooth. Had to show our receipt to prove we paid for both rooms. No glasses in room, window was broken and patched with another piece of glass. Only chairs in the room were folding chairs. Had to get staff to use a knife to cut the paint as it had sealed the window and could not be closed.

7.0When we got there and went into our room we noticed a leak in the ceiling and water all over the table. Let the staff know and they said give about 30 minutes to get another room ready. We went and ate, came back, and had a new room. I am going to try very hard to be fair and review this new room. If we had never seen the first room this room would have been just fine. But it did feel like a downgrade - smaller everything, no entry to the porch, etc. Staff was great. Room was clean. Had a fridge, plugins on both sides of the bed. Plenty of parking. Location was great.
− Bed was hard to sleep in. The middle was slightly higher, so I was constantly feeling like I was about to roll off the bed. Shower was very, very small. Shower and toilet were in two separate rooms. No microwave in room - but there was one right outside in the common area so not really a problem.

Comfortable but small room, but they need to be honest about breakfast in their advertising.
5.0it was sold to me as a bed and breakfast... but I only got the BED. There was no BREAKFAST. A tin of ground coffee and a coffee perk were there. I made my own coffee each morning and had to go out for breakfast, When I asked about it, I was told they didn't serve it due to some regulations. I responded that Bookings said it was a bed and breakfast and was told by the employee who checked us in the day before that he would check it out... never happened and no one ever spoke to me about it, I would rent this location at this price again but being told it provided breakfast and not getting food was upsetting. 0 Stars for honesty.
