9.0The staff was very welcoming and friendly, we were welcomed with a bottle of water as we were a family of 4 which we also needed😄 and the rooms were nice and clean its really a value for money I could book again and close to the mall

2.0Netter Empfang bei der Anreise.
− Die Fotos und Beschreibung passen leider nicht zum aktuellem Zustand. Das Objekt sah vor vielen Jahren vielleicht so aus. Die Anlage ist echt abgewrackt. In den Pool habe ich mich nicht getraut, da das Wasser schon grün schimmerte. Im Bad hatten wir eine Kakerlake. Das Zimmer der Kinder war direkt an der Küche, welches nur durch eine einfach verschlossene Schiebetür getrennt war. Das Frühstück war nichts besonderes. Einfach englisch und der Kaffee war dünn und geschmacklos. Am Abreisetag mussten wir das Personal wecken, um etwas Frühstück zu bekommen, welches dann noch eine Enttäuschung war. Die Unterkunft war auch sehr hellhörig und Zigarettenrauch zog in die Zimmer.

8.0I really liked the location and its proximity to many attractions and amenities. The breakfast was enjoyable, and everything in the room worked perfectly, including the air conditioner, TV, shower, and Wi-Fi. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.
− I was disappointed that housekeeping was not done daily. I was also concerned to find a bloodstain on the underside of the bed cover which raised concerns about the cleanliness of the bedding. As a result, I avoided using the bed cover and slept on top of it, using only the small blue fleece blanket instead.
