6.0Location and the spacious house
− There are several things in the unit in need of maintenance - various lights not working; TV not working; toaster not working; washing machine dysfuntional; shower trap fitting broken; freezer drawers broken and no lid for the main trash bin in kitchen. These things are basics when paying R4000 per night.

− That you cannot braai due to the grass roof. The braai kettle is not something you can make a fire in. the shower and the one toilet also have a drainage issue

5.0The location of the unit and size
− 3 of the 5 days 2 aircons was not working including main bedroom. The light in main bathroom was not working. Second bathroom drain was blocked
Disappointed stay, the advertised photos must have been taken many years before
2.0The house is conveniently located to access the Kruger national park and is within a secure complex adjacent to a golf course. The bedlinen and towels were clean and fresh.
− One of the bathrooms had lots of mould on the ceiling. There were smudges in places where some cleaning was attempted earlier. The extend of mould was beyond wiping it off and the entire bathroom ceiling and walls require proper renovations. The stenching smell from the bathroom was in the rest of the house. This was helped by not using that part of the house and keeping the bathroom and the bedroom door closed. The house is very spacious, but everything inside is old, scratched and worn out. It was a big disappointment for a 4 star property and 8.8 rating by other reviewers. We raised the issue with the booking agent for the property and were told that there was no other place to be moved into until the following day with the expectation for us to pay extra. The property is privately owned and not part of Kruger park lodge complex, hence the manager of the entire complex was not able to help us and referred us to booking agent.
