− Mattress described as professional mattress on the side, paid for the upgrade to the king bed and it has literal lumps in it, I’m surprised the springs didn’t pop out. Be aware that the king rooms are on the top floor so if you’re mid heatwave - stay away. The room next door went and slept in their car. Drain blocked in shower, was like having a bath.
