− ⭐ Absolutely Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I would rate this hotel 0 stars if I could. I paid £135 for a tiny room with barely enough space to move around. The window overlooked a wall literally right outside, making the room feel even more cramped and unpleasant. Considering the price, I was disappointed that no drinking water was provided during my stay. The staff were also very unwelcoming. I encountered three different staff members, and none of them acknowledged me or offered assistance. They simply sat there and waited for me to approach them. The worst part was at checkout, when I was charged an additional £10 to store my luggage. The staff member told me this was a service charge, which felt unreasonable given how much I had already paid for the room. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. The room was overpriced, the service was poor, and the extra luggage fee made things even worse. There are plenty of other accommodation options nearby, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere rather than staying here.
