Very bad experience. Totally below expectations. Photos all showed so nice. The room is the direct opposite. The only nice area is the entrance lobby and reception. Seems so nice and high upon reaching and was impressed and excited. Lousy check in process, ask me call this agent that agent before they issue me the key. Finally got the key, still excited. Entered the lift, still happy. The moment I reached my floor level, lift door opened, it’s like you entered into another world, another dimension. The grand lobby classy vibe is gone. The corridor totally belong to an unfinished 3rd world country housing corridor and hot and stuffy and humid. Entered the room, I feel like I’m back at home. Boring apartment vibe totally. Checked, no toilet paper. Then when we gonna take a shower after that, the whole shower stand dropped off. It’s not properly secured into the wall, the whole wall plug came off. And exposed the cement wall. Of course it will drop off. It’s literally just pushed and stuffed into the hole. The hole is so much bigger than the wall plug and screw. What a joke.

We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english

Never ever come back to this place..bad service..Receptionist incompetence..not helpful..would not recommed this place..u need to beg them to change e dirty towel..bed sheet dirty too..make my body itchy..whole nite cant sleep..regretted booked this apartment..If I knew I rather stay in a proper hotel. You get full services..

The Good: - Modern property with nice staff. - Lots of 24hr dining options close by. - Nice view from the 7th floor. - WiFi works well. The Bad: - The room is much smaller than it looks in the photos. There's barely any space to get in the door with luggage (I'm tall but average build, so anyone on the heavier side will really have trouble). The kitchen area is especially cramped. - The "desk" is barely big enough to hold a laptop and you'd have to sit on a small plastic stool to use it (not great if you plan to work for a few hours). - The mattress is larger than the bed frame, so it you sit up on it with your back against the wall, you could wind up pushing the mattress around. - Can get noisy at night, as there's a group with really loud motorbikes that likes to drive around late at night and you can hear it clearly through the closed window. The Ugly: - There were tiny ants on the bed and other bugs in the room. - The shower doesn't have consistent hot water. If you turn on hot water, the water pressure drops significantly. Overall: The tiny ants on the bed don't bite. So if you don't mind cold showers, cramped spaces, or ants where you sleep, it's not so bad.

When I showed up at reception, staff told me no booking. So I wait there around 40 minutes. But staff are so courtesy. And room is so comfortable. There are so many restaurants example Marugame Udon, Starbucks, Burger King, McDonald!!
