Hotel staff are not helpful and not taking responsibility
1.0− When I was do check in room room was not clean and blankets was so dirty I was ask for new blankets and stuff was told me we don't have any and I was waiting for 6 hours to get new room but they told me to cancel because they don't have clean blankets and I was believe them that they wil pay my money back but they didn't and I was staying other hotel for 2 days I was go back ther because they told me they will not give my mo money back and they finally give me new blankets and I stay ther during 8 days I was ther and no one come to clean the room when I ask them to clean they dint respond and I have told them moreden 3 tims to clean the room they send one guy he just brash the room and he cleaned bhat room with very dirty mop and same mop he tried to clean in room but I was told him to change the mop but he didn't come to clean
